Integrating Blue Belt Principles

This has been an exceptional wake up moment. I feel truly excited and inspired to bring Nia to my community integrating and using the ideas, communication and intimacy of what I learned from Nia Blue Belt principles.
Already there is significant differences in how I approach and define Nia as a life and scared business practice.
To focus on my relationship to my feet, legs and hips, referred to in Nia as the base, holds a special meaning for me. I want my foundation to be strong and rooted, allowing energy to flow and stimulate the chakra system. This is a way I can sense my power and strength, giving me confidence and purpose. I will share this focus and intent for those of you who can experience this for yourself.

2010 Bring it on!!!

Haven't been here for a while! Feels great to share.
Just back from becoming a Nia Blue Belt.
What profound training experience this was for me.
My practice has already increased, I am making it essential that I embody the technique, principles and the science, art and craft of The Nia Technique. I wanna increase my vocabulary of pearls.........
